Pay into SkillMela
The money is held, not sent. The person starts when it's paid in.
Step 4
Accept the work
Payment is released when you accept, or 7 days after delivery if you don't respond. Something wrong? We decide within 7 days.

Pricing

First project: no platform fee. You pay only the person.

After that, a 10% platform fee (plus 18% GST on the fee, once SkillMela is GST-registered) on top of the project fee. The person keeps 100% of their fee.

Minimum project fee ₹1,000, so nobody is underpaid. Talent never pays to apply.
