When you get access

• As soon as your payment goes through, the course appears in My learning and you can start. We also email you a confirmation.
• Recorded lessons are available straight away, in the order the teacher has set.
• Live sessions, feedback on assignments and one-to-one calls happen as described on the course page. The teacher posts dates and links in the course.
• One-time courses stay available as long as the teacher keeps them. Memberships give 30 days of access per payment.

If you can't get in

Sign in with the email you paid with. Still nothing after 30 minutes? Write to skillmelaofficial@gmail.com with your payment reference. If we can't give you access, you get a full refund under our refund policy.

Paid projects

For projects businesses hire people for on SkillMela, the work is delivered on the project page, and payment is released when the business accepts it, or 7 days after delivery.
